Postage, Returns & Preorders

POSTAGE

All orders over $75.00 come with free Australia-wide delivery. Exclusions apply to bulky items where a surcharge will be added; if this is the case it will be outlined in the products description and will be added at checkout.

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours via courier. If no one is available for delivery a card will be left to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is not arranged within the stated time frame the parcel will be returned to us. Any redelivery fees are to be covered by the customer. If you would prefer your parcel left for you without signing please just let us know at checkout – please be aware that For My Little is not responsible for any loss or damages if this option is chosen.

Express postage: Express postage through Australia post is available on all orders and charged at an additional price. Please contact us on hello@formylittle.com.au if you require Express Postage. All orders will be posted the same day if received before 12 noon.

For all orders, including express, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery – if your order has not arrived within this time frame please contact us so we can look into it for you.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Please choose carefully when purchasing items as we do not offer refunds for Change of Mind, we do however offer an exchange or a Store Credit within 30 days for your peace of mind when purchasing. Items must be sent back to us in an un-used, un-altered and brand new in packaging condition. All postage expenses are at your expense – this includes return and redelivery postage. We will arrange your replacement or Store Credit within 24 hours of your item reaching us. We recommend using tracked registered postage for returning items as we do not accept any loss or damage to the products during transit. Please contact us if you would like us to organize a home pick up returns postage for you – we will send you an invoice for expenses along with a printable label.

We do not offer Change of Mind Exchanges on the below Custom Made products:

– Cotton & Sweets Play Nests, all Jhett and co products, Amby Baby Hammocks and My Little Play Bars.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items at a discounted price. Any damaged on Sale items will be reimbursed with a Store Credit or replacement sent via Express Post. If we are unable to replace the item we will offer a refund for damaged items. Replacements and Refunds for damaged items are only available if you have contacted us within 24 hours of your delivery.

All delivery costs are non-refundable. AfterPay order refunds will attract a 7% + 30c processing fee which will be deducted from your refund.

If you have received the wrong item with your order please contact us immediately so we can offer a replacement or refund for you. Postage costs will be covered by For My Little in this instance.

PREORDERS

The delivery timeframe of Pre-orders is an estimate only and can vary between 2-6 weeks dependant on freight conditions and customs. In the event a delay may occur we are not responsible or liable for any damages or loss that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits for such delays. If the expected date changes we will keep you up to date. We do not offer refunds on Pre-orders.

Items purchased with your pre-order item will be posted together when the preorder item arrives. If you would prefer your in-stock items to be sent prior please contact us so we can arrange this for you – surcharges may apply. Postage and contact details given at the time of the order will be used for the shipment of your pre-order. If you need to update this information at any time prior to your order being sent please contact us. We will not be responsible or liable if the information becomes outdated and we have no obligation to make an effort to ensure the postage details are correct.
